1969 MGC GT
We love these understated little British beasts! A long time unloved by the classic world they are finally getting the recognition they deserve and values are subsequently rising! With the classic MGB GT shape,the straight 6 cylinder,3ltr engine fitted under the bonnet is given away by the,possibly not so subtle bonnet,power buldges!.With this engine coupled to a 4 speed/overdrive gearbox they are fabulously torquey cars,with seemingly endless power.POF 778G is a particuarily nice exampe,in Tartan red with contrasting original black leather interior,it underwent an extensive restoration around 4 years ago which the photo record looks to show a thorough job to have been done.It has had barely any use since.Fitted with stylish knock on Minilites,twin spots,period (working) Motorola radio and a webasto sunroof,it drives as good as it looks with excellent oil pressure/water temp readings,very quiet transmission,no diff clonk and a nice rattle free ride.
An added bonus is a CB radio receiver!!?
